OUR TEAM OF

EMPLOYMENT FACILITATORS

Our Employment Facilitators introduce graduates to skills that will position them to navigate their own journey to independence within their career path. Employment Facilitators are community-focused; offering work-centered opportunities that are compatible to an individual’s abilities, needs and life goals.

INCLUSIVE EMPLOYMENT

Upon graduation from Inclusive Post-Secondary Education (IPSE), alumni may be eligible for our Graduate Support Services (GSS). Graduates are supported by Employment Facilitators, who guide career exploration, garner workplace training, and aid in navigating professional relationships.

Our current and past graduates have achieved positions in areas like office/accounting, merchandising, retail, culinary and healthcare.  Utilizing a model of refined supports towards independence, graduates and organizations build a professional employer/employee relationship. Positions belong to the job-seeker rather than the organization.
